Yes, inner light is always there, we only need switch off artificial light or physical material forms, when the clouds of this outer material illusion eliminate then we would see the inner self illuminating light, only frequency and vibration of divine which above all expressions and that is not even inch far from us. it is in us! it is us! with in body, within everywhere, nothing is separate from this.

With some, I think there is no Inner illuminating Light. . . The conscience ( a deadened Conscience exists ; as an Over relationship Complerely, needing Revival) is totally dulled. . . due to prolonged intentional evil. . That’s where the Glory clouds or Spirituality particles of Purity from Sages , Innocent beings, helps ( volition of Individual to get enlightened , matters, , ofcourse)

yes totally agree! because of their so much involvement in materialistic desires and karmas, they are not in the state of divnity. Even the reality is front of them but the effect of Kala or evil inspire them to do the eveil things.
