Perception of “spirit” as atoms quarks electrons is not valid. ,since Spirit is not perceivable physically.
Atoms quarks etc are Biochem physio Science descriptions ; Spirit is beyond this and can never be perceived physically ; Manifestations as Akin ( pure innocent bird pigeon dove, hen etc., clouds ie not solid , but energy )in understandable methods does occur , but Spirit is not Physical

Yes that’s totally right, but I want to communicated ; when when we reach the closest physicL examination of material, we would get clue of another entity within the quark or so on… that will go on until the physicality itself dissolve and nothing but the original spirit were there. From the point of view of Vedanta also and Non duality. so, the original nature of matter is also superconsciousness which is again unobserbable by any physics. but by only consciousness.

Some physicality caused by gross people , can be dissolved by More Spiritually True; other Physicality that was Originally created for Pure reasons , gets transformed glorified by More True into Righteous transcendent quality.
Also the pure Spirit energy is Infinite and creates endlessly when Actualised by the Righteous-

Factually, the supreme absolute spirit soul is the cause of every kind of manifestation, and He is always complete, both as the energy and as the energetic. The cosmic manifestation is caused by the energy of the Supreme Absolute Person, in whom all energies are conserved. Philosophers who are subjectively engaged in the cosmic manifestation can appreciate only the wonderful energies of matter. Such philosophers accept the conception of God only as a product of the material energy. According to their conclusions, the source of the energy is also a product of the energy. Such philosophers wrongly observe that the living creatures within the cosmic manifestation are caused by the material energy, and they think that the supreme absolute conscious being must similarly be a product of the material energy

Yes it’s true that the same Source is Origin of all Energy and Choice to beings; There are Levels of Good and it’s Opposite also; some used Choice for evil and that is not called as God; the Godly can Change the evil via Choice and Virtue strength by Overpowering it, decapacitatibg it, consuming or dissolving it.

Matter is not superconsciousness ; a dead being has no Consciousness.
Spirit, Soul and Body are separate entities with Spirit being predominant.
Antaraatma ( conscience spirit energy pneuma breath) is Consciousness , and Atma (;thought, emotions, volition)& Shareer ( body physicality )are subject to it

Some material manifestations are caused by Evil choices of humans, as pornography, underworlds, deceptions etc…
God has not Sourced the evil .
God ( the Refined pure spirit Energy with no scope of evil ever) is Source of Choice and Purity truth -

A physical method is not prime nor essential towards Sensing the spiritual; some use it, but it’s not the Ideal.
People choose and stay Gross cruel selfish materialistic for Years, and due to the negative experience, seek God; and there are some who very early on are Spiritual and seek God by virtue of choice Intent Pure holy life, and they become Masters and Serve more.
Essentially, God factor is of Spirit realm , an Energy, and is known via it , more facilitatively

There is no prime method to actually realization of Supreme consciousness , we can only try different ways and methods. As per the enlightened person like Raman maharsi; Your enquiry should start from you, and first question would be ‘who I am’ ? That is also vedanta compliance and also called self enquiry. In this method even you enter inside you observe physicallity first, I am not this! Nore that! Etc. And finally reach to the answer of who i am? So , it also start with questions of body material and then so on.. I mean to say there is methods of direct realization but it is not suitable for normal people like me!

The spirit can be accessed only by spirit ; the gross is a barrier and has to be overcome.. . God can access our Spirits without gross ; God is Spirit true.
This is a prefixed Norm of Existence that cannot be dissolved or ignored.In unmanifesred state, soirits access God ( pure soirit energy being); when existent, thats why they have an Urge to prevent cure Pain / seek Peace.
Involution or Development of Spirit Energ,y into Complete absence of Capacity to produce pain at all, seems an Intent/ Heaven Molecular Structure

Attitudes, Beliefs, Decisions and resultant Performance is Manifestation of the Spirit one has.
SQ , EQ and IQ are some methods to Calibrate a Manifestation.
Other “spiritual” dimensions ( beyond the Justice aspect) are beyond Calibration since they are Infinite purity ( not for Calibration, but in Love zone , wherein its Personally experienced)
