Looking for some advice…have had serious intuition my whole life and with just starting meditation and quieting down for the first time ever , I’m in some type of awakening, actually in many ways. I leave this weekend to go to a holistic program for mental health and substance abuse . I have PTSD and this whole transformation has been helping so much with some sort of internal healing that I want to continue on and evolve and explore it but also know how people can be resistant or weirded out and what not…not sure I need one more thing up against me going into this…
