Shaddow work friend, sometimes we feel negative towards how were feeling but for me it was like the universe forcing me to look at the unconscious part of myself otherwise I wouldnt had taken a moment to reflect,

When one is deep in the dark night of the soul it absolutely can feel horrendous, i can say from experiance thier is light at the end of the dark tunnel but you gotta put the effort in to climb back out over time, keep grinding brother
