Meditation spot for today. It was a chilly day, but a good day. Did some Pranayama breathing. Worked on centering energies. absorbing natures energy and grounding. I live for my weekend hike and meditations out there. I am truly thankful living so close to all these amazing waterfalls. getting to enjoy their magnificent beauty and strength. I am blessed.
