I got to try out my first experience in a infrared light room and color therapy. I connected to wifi, put on some Tibetan singing bowls and just meditated while watching the colors change.

It really made for a great meditation time. I was more focused due to lack of distraction. I felt very centered and present and refreshed after. I think I am going to go about every other day. That sounds amazing. I have never heard of such an experience. However, I do listen to sound bowls and meditate a lot. How was the experience?
