For those of you do use healing frequencies. Do you prefer singing bowls, tuning forks, binaural beats, solfeggio, or pure tones?

The 999hz I believe is the Divine frequency. It is for spiritual awareness and talking to higher beings. I do not use this one every much. But to cleanse my home. I prefer to use 417hz to clean the negative energies. Then 528 hz for love healing and peace.

What are you using to create your frequencies? i do not have a set amount of time. I go more on how the space feels. sometimes I leave it on while i go out ot run errands.

I feel like I have a lot of places that I need to work on myself first. Everything has it’s place and I have learned that there are other places I need to open and heal and work on before jumping to the next step to fast. I feel like using 999hz right now for me is jumping ahead. I wouldn’t be using it properly and to the fullest benefit.

I really enjoy the singing bowls as well. I have recently started to enjoy the drums. I have started a drum circle this year. It is not very big right now. Like 3 of us.
